Captured beautifully by Danielle Heinson Photography, Katherine & James? celebration featured an elegant blue and ivory wedding reception at The Estate. Before heading to The Estate to celebrate their union, our couple first became husband and wife in a touching ceremony at St Paul of the Cross in Park Ridge.

Katherine walked down the aisle in a strapless wedding gown with a sweetheart neckline, lace embellishments, and a stunning train. The bridal party was all in floor-length cobalt blue gowns carrying all-white bouquets, while Katherine?s bouquet featured white blooms with a touch a blue to tie in the color scheme of the day. James and his groomsmen were dapper as could be in classic black tuxes with black bow ties with boutonnieres that coordinated with the bridal party?s bouquets.

The celebration that awaited them here at The Estate would continue the elegant blue and ivory palette established in the ceremony. Blue uplighting illuminated the ballroom which complemented the deep blue table linens and linen napkins that adorned the round and rectangular tables throughout the room. Candlelight by way of small votives and floating tea lights served as centerpieces and kept the decor elegant and minimal.

After dinner and toasts, guests were encouraged to spend the evening on the dance floor and were provided blue or white flip-flops to keep them comfortable! It was an evening to remember and we are so thrilled that Katherine & James chose The Estate to be part of their special day.
