Along with the rest of Chicago and the nation, we are closely tracking the developments of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and its’ effects within our community. We are deeply saddened for those who’s health and businesses have been affected during this time of uncertainty. Please know that we are doing our part to adhere to safety standards and best practices as laid out by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and strongly encourage our community to do so as well.
While we know that many are concerned about the fate of their scheduled events and weddings, we’d like to stress that the safety of our clients, their guests, and our staff is of utmost importance to us. We are here for you!
Here is what you should know about our plans moving forward:
-Should you choose to cancel your event completely, your deposits are non-refundable based on the contract commitments signed at the time of accepting your deposit.
-Our venue team members are trained extensively in local food handling policies and all have current food service certifications. Given the current circumstances, we are increasing our vigilance in cleaning protocols and safety precautions across the board.
-We are speaking daily with our team members to ensure that no one comes to work ill, and we have spoken with any team member who has traveled internationally to quarantine themselves from work upon returning.
